Does anyone compete with Edwardsville even with Epenesa out?

If Edwardsville plays like they did in the first half last night, I could see Centralia beating them.

I don't see Edwardsville losing unless Centralia pulls something strange. That is if Centralia can beat Effingham. I just don't know who can guard Smith.

Edwardsville looked beatable, but Epenesa is not playing in the Tourney.

Doug Collins was in attendance last night, presumably to watch Smith, and Smith did not play well. On the other note, Mr. Collins was just as nice and approachable as can be. We was gracious with autographs and pictures when asked.

Did they play zone? Usually zones are the only thing that slow them down. Was Doug scouting for Chris?

    Mt. Vernon played both.

I don't know the intentions of Mr. Collins, but one would guess that the reason.

Excited to see the Effingham-Centralia match-up tonight.

It would be nice if people would post some results and scores or talk about the games a bit.
Come on, that was no foul! It may be a violation of all the basic rules of human decency, but it's not a foul.

He was also in Edwardsville with 3 assistants when they played ESTL.

It lived up to the billing. Effingham lead by 1-3 points for most of the game. Clinging to a 1-point lead, Effingham missed the front end of a 1-1. Centralia came down a drained a 3-pointer by Dawson Berry, with a solid screen set by Javon Williams, Jr, with less than 10 seconds remaining. After a TO, Effingham got off a rushed three-pointer where a foul could have been called, but it would have been a little bit of a bailout call.

Edwardsville and Centralia in the finals. A rematch of last year which Centralia won. Ought to be interesting at B.E. Gymnasium tonight.
