Can any T-Town or N'ville fans tell me if last game will be radio broadcast via the internet by your local radio stations. If so, please post the web site. Thanks.

1st game - Barry vs Clinton

Final:
Barry 48
Clinton 37

Barry:
Ryan Byers - 23 pts (IHSS Player of the Game)
Dennis - 8 pts
Rueb - 7 pts

Clinton:
Welch - 13 pts
Whitted - 8 pts
Barr - 7 pts.
Smith - 6 pts

Barry is a small scrappy team that PLAYS HARD. Pushed the ball and scored a lot in transition. The Tigers play excellent M2M defense and are well-coached. Clinton is a physical team that had a tough time entering the ball in the post to Smith. They got within 7 pts at one point late, but could get no closer.

2nd game - Lanark-Eastland vs Pittsfield

Halftime:
Eastland 26
Pittsfield 9

Eastland is playing extremely well, scoring in the paint and also pushing the ball in transition. Pittsfield is having a tough time making shots, but the Cougars have a lot to do with that because of their excellent M2M defense.

Riverton Shoot-Out got a lot of publicity this morning on Talking Sports, 106.3FM out of Benton, Illinois. Seneca Head Coach Doug Evans, Teutopolis Head Coach Ken Crawford, and Nashville Head Coach Darin Lee were all guests on the show this morning.

2nd game - Lanark-Eastland vs Pittsfield

Final:
Eastland 46
Pittsfield 34

Eastland:
Jr. Billy Hammer - 21 pts (IHSS Player of the Game)
Sr. Adam Miller - 10 pts
Fr. Tony Dunlop - 7 pts

Pittsfield:
Jr. Garrett Howland - 9 pts
So. Clint Hamilton - 9 pts
So. Kyle Harris - 5 pts

Eastland is athletic and well-coached scoring in the paint and also pushing the ball in transition. Pittsfield played much better the 2nd half but could never catch up.

3rd game - Riverton vs Manteno

Halftime:
Riverton 30
Manteno 10

Despite the slow start, Manteno is a scrappy well-coached team. Jimmy Sandling is a STRONG player who got in a little foul trouble early. Riverton's Mike Tisdale and Justin Koger are leading the way for the Hawks.

John Levin late in the 4th quarter:
"I'll bet there is bitter debate on who will win the IllinoisHighSchoolSports.com player of the game award in this one..."

20 seconds later Tisdale gets his 10th block for his second straight triple double.

3rd game - Riverton vs Manteno

Final:
Riverton 57
Manteno 29

Riverton:
Mike Tisdale 30 pts, 11 rebs, 12 blks, 10-11 FT (IHSS Player of the Game)
Justin Koger - 19 pts
Hawks - 16 fouls, 16 TO's

Manteno:
Nick DeLeo - 15 pts.
Jimmy Sandling - 10 pts.
Panthers - 17 fouls, 24 TO's

I would guess that both Coach Hampton and Coach Wenzel would admit that it was kinda ugly basketball at times during this game.
