Charleston Holiday Tournament - Page 2

I went to the Edwardsville sight, and sure enough, they have their own Holiday tournament on the 28th and 29th. The Charleston sight says the seedings will be done this Friday, the 11th. This should be an interesting three days.

I am not familiar with this area at all. We were looking at staying in Mattoon. Any suggestions? Besides not coming at all...........

I read somewhere on this board that Central A&M which was in the tournament was never notified that they were out.

I guess they are scrambling for a tournament. Is E-ville in or out?

Edwardsville is hosting their own christmas tournament this year. I have no idea who is in it or how tough it is considering it's at the same time as Visitation's tournament in St. Louis.

Mattoon has several nice and fairly new hotels just off Interstate 57 at exit 190. They are Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Comfort Suites, and Baymont Inn & Suites. All the hotels are less than 10 miles away from Charleston. Hope you enjoy your stay in the Charleston-Mattoon area.

We have reservations in Mattoon. Thanks for the help, we are not familiar with the area at all. Our youngest graduated from the U of Illinois in '99, we just never went south of there.

Now I cannot get the Charleston websight to come up. All I can get is a blank page. Who took E'ville's place? And could you send me the link, in case there is now a different one?

Yep, that is the same one I have been watching for a month or so. But all I get now is a plain white screen. I am sure it will come back before the seedings come out on Friday. Maybe it is overloaded with so many people looking at it, or they are updating with the new information.

When I try to bring it up it looks normal except it has two very large rectangles, one yellow and one red covering all the words on the page.
