As always, I'm looking forward to it. Had to change my username because of the new job, but for those who don't know, was formerly WJBD Sports. Season begins next week!

IMO Teutopolis will roll throughout this tournament. The field is down this year, except for Teutopolis.

Not sure how good Salem will be; I think they lost two players before the season started. One to injury, and one who didn't come out. Holst will have them in shape, and they always hustle up and down the court every year. Outside shooting could be a problem area. Looking forward, as always, to see the season begin.

I agree that Salem's outside shooting will be a question that should be answered very quickly. They will be very strong defensively so it will be hard to score. Good size underneath with athletic Cook, Guards are very quick handed and experienced. I think they will be in most games and by the end of the season will be a tough out.

T-Town will definitely go in as the favorite, but there's something about this tournament where somebody always surprises, either positively or negatively.

The absolute winner...me as I live in one of the best hospitality rooms around. And there are some good ones.

Highland defense, transition and easy layins off high post back cuts were some of the differences in play. Olney was a perimeter team and Highland was more of an outside to cutter scoring team.

T-town over Centralia easily. Salem, last I heard, over Carlyle in a foul-fest. Carlyle couldn't keep their starters on the floor, and Salem took advantage.

Breakfast at BE Gum today...T-Town/Highland looks like a very interesting game-on paper . Centralia/OER...I have no idea what to think about that one.
