A four year starter in
basketball for Auburn, Bryon Graven epitomizes hard work, dedication, and
leadership. In his senior year, Graven lead the Trojans to their first
Simply put, Bryon Graven is CLUTCH!
Being a coach's son is not
the easiest job for a point guard, but Graven excelled at being another coach
on the floor. Bryon was always seen talking to his Auburn teammates during
key moments of the game, encouraging hustle and aggressiveness by example.
He always seemed harder on himself than even his dad was when he made
a mistake. Without missing a beat, he then went all out to make up for that
mistake and help his team win. Besides being the floor general, Bryon lead
the Trojans in scoring, rebounding, and assists.
He's garnered enough awards
this season to fill an entire trophy room, but for the hotly contested
IllinoisHighSchoolSports.com March Athlete of the Month award that came down
to the wire..........Bryon did what he does best........he took over down
